The process of our
22305 Invisalign is quite simple. First, you come in for a consultation and examination. Most people are good candidates for it, but it's important to make certain. You can also get all your questions answered. Instead of messy impression material, advanced digital photography is used to model your mouth, and those photos are processed using 3D computer software. Your aligners are designed and then made to precision using state-of-the-art machinery. It's all completed right here in our office. There is no outside dental lab involved. The exact number of aligner sets you'll wear during the course of your treatment will depend on your unique situation, but it can be as few as 12 and as many as 48, though most people range from 18 to 30. Each set of aligners is worn for two weeks, during which it serves a very specific part of the overall scheme. After the two weeks is up, they are discarded, and you then put in the next set.
